Just Visit That Facebook Group From Your Browser And Go To Home Page Of That Group.you'll See Notification Option Right Side Of The COVER Picture.click On It And Select Off.see Picture Below:-

In Android :-

Visit Facebook With Browser Or Open Facebook App.go To Menu Option(Last Option Three Lines) And Select Group Option.you'll See Groups In Which You Added As A Member.select That Group Which Is Irritating You By Too Many Notifications.click On More Option And Select Group Info See Picture Below:-

As You See Above Picture (Click On Picture To View Large).go To Group Info.select Edit Notification Settings.see Picture Below:-

After It There Are Three Type Of Notification Settings Appear In Front Of You.

1.)In App Notification

2.)Push Notifications

3.)Request Notifications

Turn Off All Of Them.you'll Not Get Any Notification From That Group.
