HTC resurfaces with info on Android Pie for U11 U11 and U12 Engadget
After selling some of its operations to Google, HTC isn't pretty the player within the smartphone commercial enterprise that we bear in mind, but it nonetheless has some brilliant hardware that would use a software program replace. Back in August the employer announced several telephones in line for an upgrade to Android 9 Pie, but considering the fact that then things were quite quiet, while other flagship phones slowly ticked themselves off of the list.
While its Android One U11 Life version is already operating on Google's brand new software, the company tweeted Monday that it "anticipates" updates for the U11, U11+ and U12+ in Q2. That may want to range based on countries and operators, however there's at least a chance users should see Pie before the likely display of Android Q at Google's I/O developer occasion in early May.
We wanted to share the fame on the Android 9 replace. HTC is presently running on ensuring the replace is like minded with our telephones & we assume a launch for U11, U11+ & U12+ clients beginning Q2'19. Exact timing defers to operators' availabilities in extraordinary nations.
