Opera has released a new edition of its mobile browser – and it comes with some thing unique. Opera for Android 51 includes a built-in, unlimited VPN to defend your privacy and improve safety – and it is free.

The integrated VPN should show in particular reachable if you're connecting to public Wi-Fi hotspots in places like cafes and lodges.

It uses 256-bit encryption to cozy your data, and re-routes it via remote servers to disguise your bodily vicinity from trackers. The servers won't log any of your activity, both.

No plugins necessary

You don't need to download any greater apps for extensions to apply the VPN, and there is no registration – simply toggle it on within the browser's settings.

“The truth is that users are exposed after they hook up with public Wi-Fi without a VPN,'' said Peter Wallman, senior vice president of Opera Browser for Android.

“By enabling Opera’s browser VPN carrier, users make it very hard for 1/3 parties to steal pieces of their records and can avoid being tracked. Users no longer need to impeach if or how they can guard their personal facts in those conditions.”

Let's block ads! (Why?)
