Xiaomi also shows off its indisplay selfie camera Android Central
Hot at the heels of OPPO, Xiaomi is highlighting its personal in-show digital camera technology. The teaser video suggests off a Mi 9 prototype with an notchless layout subsequent to the standard Mi 9, and regardless of the lack of a front digital camera the camera shows a stay view of the room.
Xiaomi was granted a patent for an in-display digital camera solution, with a smaller secondary show tucked away at the back of the principle panel. With the Mi Mix collection designed to provide an all-screen front and not using a bezels or cutouts, it's probably Xiaomi will need to exhibit the generation in the Mi Mix 4.
