1.)Open Instagram And Go To Person Profile Whom You Want To Block.

Now, That Person Will Go To Your Block List Of Instagram.
1.)Open Instagram In Your Mobile Phone, Tap On Your Profile And Tap On Menu(Three Dots).scroll Down And Find Option Name "Blocked Users".
2.)After It, You'll See List Of People Blocked By You In Instagram.tap On That Person Name Which You Want To Unblock.
3.)After It, That Unblock User's Profile Will Open.just Tap On Unblock Button And Confirm Unblocking.that's It.
When you block a person, that character can not view your pictures/videos or look for your Instagram profile. People aren't notified while you block them.
