You don't have permission to access /api.phpbecause Android OS(Operating System) By Default Has Restriction To Save Content In External Storage.

But There Is A Solution Of This Problem That May Help You To Save Images And Videos Automatically In SD Card. Means When You Download An Image Or Video From , It Will Move Automatically To SD Card.

Then In Transfer To Section Select A Folder From SD Card Where You Want To Move Images Or Videos. That's It.
